Culture Creative was born from a simple belief:
every community thrives when its creatives are seen, supported, and celebrated.
In the heart of St. Petersburg, artists, musicians, writers, tattooers, designers, and dreamers have always carried the culture forward—yet there were few spaces designed specifically for them. Spaces that felt authentic… unapologetically urban… rooted in creativity… and grounded in community.
Culture Creative emerged to fill that gap.
What started as a small gathering space grew into a vibrant ecosystem where ideas flow freely, connections happen naturally, and creativity feels at home. Word spread quickly—about the energy, the openness, the feeling of belonging—and soon Culture Creative became a hub where people could show up as themselves and create without limits.
Today, Culture Creative stands as a dynamic creative home for St. Pete’s urban community.

Christopher “BRAIN” Roberts is a visionary artist, producer, and creative community builder dedicated to empowering the next generation of urban creatives. With over two decades of experience in music production, visual arts, and community-centered programming, BRAIN founded Culture Creative as a space where talent grows, ideas collide, and culture leads.
What began as a personal mission to create more opportunities for local artists has evolved into St. Petersburg’s go-to hub for collaboration, artistry, and cultural expression. Under his leadership, Culture Creative hosts dynamic events—from creative mixers to figure drawing sessions, book clubs, and open mics—each designed to spark inspiration and build genuine community.
BRAIN’s work flows from one core belief: creative people change cities. His passion for nurturing authentic talent, elevating Black creative culture, and building spaces where people feel seen fuels every project he touches. Whether producing music, curating events, or mentoring emerging artists, he leads with purpose, culture, and heart.
